I would give 0 if I could. Better keep all documentation of all bills, and for a long time. They sent bill/letter, "by mistake", one year after it was paid, Another bill 1 1/2 years after paid, just random, and added to MyChart as well. Having to go through whole ridiculous steps to get it cleared up. Beware. Don't just assume you owe bills received from them.

Have a family member who works for Ardent. This company can't keep employees, and the ones they do have are way underpaid. The work load continues to keep being piled on, but no new staff is hired. Changes in policy are only provided the day before it goes into effect. There is no compassion from upper management and even patients complain repeatedly to their providers about the hassle when calling the call center. It's sad when you hire a new group of 10 people to fill open positions and within two weeks, six of them are already gone.

I’m from Dallas and recently visited BSA in Amarillo with a friend. I’ve never heard or witnessed such poor care. This place should be ashamed of themselves. First, Darla Caldwell in risk management needs to learn some morals and ethics. Ardent needs to contact every person who has made a complaint Darla has handled and I’m positive a long list of unprofessional acts and unacceptable practices has occurred for many of them. Hire a second party company and be proactive, Ardent! Second, Bob Williams is running that place into the ground. There is no quality nursing care, the community talks about the place being awful, and where is the Board of Directors?! I urge anyone who uses that hospital to take your phone and record every aspect of your so-called care. The care here is INEXCUSABLE and this place needs a revamp with new administration. An embarrassment to this community.
