BEST internet I've ever had. Very fast exspecially for video game streaming. And I Pay a decent price for unlimited! company is always willing to work with me when it comes to struggling and gona be late for a payment. They are always there if I need any help. Ruth with the customer service department is amazing she will go out of her way to make sure we are happy and if we need anything. Would highly recommend. MUCH better then any of the big companies like bell and Roger's as I will never go back to them. Thank you Ruth Thank you Apsis - Bryer D

I have only experienced reliable service from Apsis. I have never experienced an outage. Services are affordable and reliable and the Apsis team is always helpful, responsive and very pleasant to interact with. I highly recommned!

The internet is decent and I have free complaints with it, although the price is comparable to the big companies. My concern is with why I’m being hounded to pay my bill weeks before it’s due when I’ve never been late paying. I was on vacation, and therefore did not pay it as quickly as usual, but it was not overdue (and was subsequently paid on time). I started receiving emails and phone calls to pay well beforehand (two weeks before). This comes after an hours-long system outage which was not reimbursed. I have never been late paying my bill and I overpay it, in fact. If you require an earlier due date, please state so in your next invoice.

The absolute worst internet provider with equally terrible customer service. I've never had such a terrible experience with any company ever.

Absolutely the best internet provider in town. We constantly have outages for Cogeco and Bell in our neighbourhood, not with Apsis. Very reliable, great speeds, and above all fantastic customer service.
