The Most Amazing Apple store in India. The store is well organised, making it easy to browse through the different apple products and accessories. All the products are displayed in a neat way and one can experience the product before making the purchase. Staffs were very courteous and polite and explained all the features of the products. Highly recommend to visit this place even if you are not Apple fan or customer as this store has a very unique interior.

Amazing experience to be in India’s first Apple Store . The store is just like any other Apple Store abroad but the key feature to touch and feel the Apple product is amazing . Few downsides I found is the staff is not knowledgeable enough . I knew more things than them probably Apple for me is a passion and for them it was a profession. Overall a a must visit place if you are an Apple fan . The staff even lacked the helpfulness and showed the typical behaviour of passing on the buck as I my self was asked to meet 3 different people just bill a stupid charger . The staff definitely needs training’s both domain and customer centric behaviour. Overall a very nice place to visit and experience the Apple magic . The place is in a plush shopping mall don’t miss to walk around once you are done with the Apple Store walk .

Visitors might need to factor in extra travel time, especially during peak hours. Overall Experience: Apple BKC is a landmark store that showcases the brand’s ethos of design, innovation, and customer service. Despite the inconvenience of reaching the location, the store is worth visiting for Apple enthusiasts and those looking to experience the brand’s offerings in a premium setting.

It was really nice visiting the apple store, but It took 25-30 minutes to get someone’s help. Staff were behind the people who were there to buy an Iphone 16. The staff also needs to understand they have to maintain existing customers too. One lady said she will help me book an appointment and didn’t bother to come back and help where 4 to 5 times she was there in front of me she ignored me. Later after 2 hours another lady attended me helped me.

Apple BKC opened in April 2023 in the heart of Mumbai’s bustling Bandra Kurla Complex financial, arts, and entertainment district. This was Apple’s first retail location in India and here customers check out Apple products and services, service their products, and learn how to get more out of their devices through free ‘Today at Apple’ sessions. We were here to purchase some iPhones and also get my MacBook serviced. We did not have appointments but received service without much wait. The purchase experience was smooth too. However, we were not very satisfied with the experience post purchase when we expected some knowledge about operating the new phones. Our representative walked away and the next one was actually multitasking with two customers simultaneously. We stayed in the store for about 2.5 hours to complete our purchases
