Apollo hospitals customer reviews

Again one more disappointment from Apollo hospital CBD Belapur! When the hospital is catering multiple OPDs everyday, as a first step once you enter is the bill payment and then to go and check vitals of patient before meeting to the doctor! Why only one cabin for checking and taking vitals of so many patients?? If it’s a mandatory step before you meet the consultant then they should keep at least 1:2 ratio for taking the vitals. The doctor is waiting for the patient and patient is in the queue of taking the vitals. Not expected when you are managing multiple OPDs simultaneously! It’s high time for management being the hospital is in the top then you should take care of these small things. When you have loaded the staff then the staff also gets frustrated with the work. The patients are standing in queue and no place to sit. This is my review and I am posting it on behalf of almost all the people who were standing with me and had come for meeting the different doctors. The other option is limit the visits of the patients but it will be a big loss to the organisation. The management needs to take the serious steps to solve these issues faced by each and every patient coming to Apollo Hospital.

A proper, full fledged and very well managed hospital. While the appointment and the different surgery costs are a bit on the higher side, it's definitely worth it. The doctors are highly qualified, have years of experience, which is reflected in the way they talk and explain things. We came here for Umbilical hernia surgery. Dr. Shalin Dubey went through the entire explanation, different surgery options and suggested the best one for our case. The whole admission process was very smooth and the room was also very nice (standard private room). We went for the robotic surgery which took about 4-5 hrs. From the room cleaning staff to the nurses and doctors, the entire team was very kind and helpful. I myself, and the patient felt very comfortable during the entire process. The best thing was that the hospital did not try to rip us off, unlike our past experiences. No additional charges were pushed on us during the stay at the hospital. There is a canteen at the basement for the attendants/visitors of the patient. The food quality was great and prices were reasonable. There is paid parking (₹30) for the visitors as well. Note: There is a 2 day pass costing ₹50 available from the parking gate which allows unlimited entries and exits for those who need to make trips between home and hospital. The only area I can think of for improvement would be the discharge department. For the size of the hospital, they seem really understaffed. While my own process took a total of 1hr (due to the crowd, it would have taken a lot less otherwise), there were people waiting for 2-3+ hrs due to issues on their insurance's end or some technical issues at the hospital's end. A larger area along with more employees would really help, especially during the rush hours (morning and evening). Overall, I'd highly recommend this branch of Apollo hospital for major or minor surgeries and consultation. One of the best hospitals in Navi Mumbai.

Thank you Apollo Hospital Team. We have been visiting and got treated here from past 6 ( 2018 to 2024 ) years. Wonderfull experience and supportive staffs, Only thing I would like to suggest is please provide sleeping arrangements for attendant in standard wards as they cannot sleep or rest at night in chair which is very uncomfortable. Rest everything is very good, Thank you all 😊 !

I wholeheartedly recognise this as the leading physiotherapy consultation centre in Navi Mumbai. After personally experiencing a rapid recovery from my muscle injury within just a few sessions, I can vouch for the expertise of Dr. Shalu (H.O.D), whose years of experience and deep knowledge are invaluable and i received top-notch care. The facility is equipped with highly advanced equipment, all maintained with impeccable hygiene. The staff's courteousness and the precise, effective treatment provided truly set Handsdown apart. I am deeply grateful for their exceptional care and support."
