While I understand that different room categories come with varying amenities, it is disheartening to see that the cost of essential medical tests also varies accordingly. This practice seems unfair and lacks transparency, especially since the quality and nature of the tests should remain consistent regardless of room type. As a patient, I expect standardized pricing for medical tests, as it is a matter of health, not luxury. I hope the hospital management reconsiders this policy and ensures that medical test prices are uniform across all room categories. Your attention to this matter would greatly improve patient trust and satisfaction.
