DON'T BUY !!!! DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY IN THIS COMPANY SPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO SELL BACK ONE DAY.!!! I try to sell back what I bought few months ago in this company ( 4gr of gold -1gr of platinum and 10 Oz of fine silver) a value about 750 US DOLLARS !! PLUS. 5gr of gold from ACRE company in a total of 1300 us dollars. They offer little more than 900 us dollars !!!! The explanation was that gold has decreased its prize by 53 $ per gram !!! And here I will post the gold prices in the last 10 YEARS !!! never decreased!! DONT BUY !!!

I've invested money through APMEX for years and rarely if ever had any problems. However, the last order I made through them was misdelivered by their partnered carrier service. The company did not stand behind it's long time customer in resolving the issue. Without going into details, the claims department was very nonchalant throughout the process, doing the bare minimum while requiring a lot of work from me. This only validated and highlighted the company's reputation for poor customer service. I would say if you shop from them, pray that your package is not mishandled because you will lose your investment.

As advertised price legit great products and service. Just watch your shipping options when checking out, it pays to go for the best shipping option as going through USPS is horrible a-lot of times at least in my area.

Do not use APMEX any longer to sell or buy gold. In addition to charging an industry high premium on the sale of precious metals, they now charge a huge premium to sell metals back. This is not industry standard. I recently sold a 100g gold combi-bar to APMEX. the going rate at time of sale was $77.75. They only paid $75 and change. Like an idiot I didn't double check the going rate and agreed to sale. They didn't use to charge to sell back. Never again - you've been warned.
