Visited this delightful treasure trove of a store on a monday morning. It is huge but there were only a few customers in, including myself. I did a speedy return and had a mooch around, saw that they had halloween stuff out, whilst we are in a July heatwave! I love the tiled kitchenware and wandered over to see if anything was new…saw something delightful instead!

Absolutely beautiful store located at Regents street. My sister loves shopping here!

Disappointing visit - I wouldn’t normally write a review but I was made to feel very unwelcome when spending £183 today. There was a mark on the dress and no others in stock in store or online, I asked if the receipt could have this written on. This she did do and wrote sold with mark. Then the back of the receipt was scribbled over as apparently their t&c’s have changed. I thought does everyone have their receipt scribbled over the back - she said it’s as you can’t return an item without a receipt, but you’d not have the scribbled over receipt if you were doing that, so what was the point . I was served by Beth ( I took the name owing to my receipt issue) and she said I could not have two bags for my dress and separate hat, which was to be a gift for my friend, hence two bags and my friend intended to put her jacket in the bag, rather than carry it around London. She said I should leave some for the other customers. Which is really patronising. Eventually she said you can have two bags. And then folded my dress into a really tiny bag which would have creased it. Horrible customer care. So I then had to ask for a bigger bag. I was dismayed and the lack of unfriendly service and treating the customer like something of total disregard. I’ve actually never had this in any shop and I’ve been to many over the years. Then I get home and the security tag is in my dress. A little smile and happy attitude and care for the customer goes along way. I won’t go in this store again. Now I have to go back to another store 34 miles away with it.

There are so many options in terms of home decor, but they are usually not of the best quality.

Awful customer experience with a faulty product. I am so very disappointed. As a previously much loved store, I have lost faith in the quality of their products completely.
