AML Auto Service

I had my car serviced at AML Auto to repair slow leaks in my 2 front winter tires. AML took photos of the slow leaks where you see the air escaping from the rims of both tires, removed the tires and reinstalled them. After a few days, i noticed one of the tires still had a slow leak and I called AML to look at the issue again. They tried to reinstall and re-bead the tire again and said if this didn't work, it would likely mean there was a hairline crack in the rim or a small puncture with the tire. Net is, although the issue may not be resolved, it is through no fault of AML who provided great service! Mildly infuriating experience. Called for a simple oil change on my truck. They told me to come in for 8am and they will have it done in a couple hours, latest would be “lunch time”. I figured, sure I can do some shopping in the area while I wait no big deal. Dropped it off 8:10am. Did some shopping and returned. They told me it is next in line around 10am. Waited until 12pm for a total of 4 hours. Asked about my truck and they told me that they haven’t even touched it yet, that everyone is leaving for lunch and it would be another 2 hours after everyone gets back. So that would put their untrustworthy estimation for a scheduled oil change at 6 hours total. I guess I better get a job there because that’s sounds CUSHY! I took my truck and left. 4 hours of my morning for nothing. No compensation, no apology. Went here because the reviews seemed pretty good but my experience was anything but pleasant. Will not be returning other than maybe to apply for a job in which I can be allotted 6 hours for an oil change.

Just went to AML Auto Service for the first time with my car, and I will definitely be returning! The work was completed quickly and done well, the service was excellent, and they had recommendations for other work to be done but were not pushy. In a sea of auto shops in the area, AML stands out to me as one of the best. I'll be back.

Very happy with the quality and detail of the work done on my brakes also inspection report. Garage hourly rate is high like my dealer but trust that the work was done much better. Otherwise 5 stars. Very professional and on time!
