Mildly infuriating experience. Called for a simple oil change on my truck. They told me to come in for 8am and they will have it done in a couple hours, latest would be “lunch time”. I figured, sure I can do some shopping in the area while I wait no big deal. Dropped it off 8:10am. Did some shopping and returned. They told me it is next in line around 10am. Waited until 12pm for a total of 4 hours. Asked about my truck and they told me that they haven’t even touched it yet, that everyone is leaving for lunch and it would be another 2 hours after everyone gets back. So that would put their untrustworthy estimation for a scheduled oil change at 6 hours total. I guess I better get a job there because that’s sounds CUSHY! I took my truck and left. 4 hours of my morning for nothing. No compensation, no apology. Went here because the reviews seemed pretty good but my experience was anything but pleasant. Will not be returning other than maybe to apply for a job in which I can be allotted 6 hours for an oil change.

We moved from our dealership to AML after an acquaintance recommended them. What a good move. They are completely reliable, do not overcharge, are terrifically helpful (a drive home, for example), clearly explain what needs done and do it well. Recently I was in an emergency situation when I drove over an obstacle and got a crazy rattle under the car. Since I was close by, I crept noisily to AML. They quickly got the car on the hoist, discovered what was wrong, and fixed it, even though it was about closing time. We would recommend AML to anyone.

I would highly recommend AML Motors for all your car repairs and service. A family run business that has served the community for more than six decades, AML has a solid reputation. I had an issue with our car's battery, and they replaced the necessary part within the battery, rather than simply replacing the battery. A few dollars rather than a few hundred. A small thing, but it shows their integrity and attention to detail.

I’ve been using AML for years. The AML Team’s customer service is the best I’ve ever seen - friendly, sppedy, patient, great communication and great work product. Never been disappointed. Highly recommend AML.

My friend, who has been with AML for over 20 years, recommended that I try AML after I complained about the exorbitant amount of money I spent on my 2011 Mazda during each dealership visit. I wish I had gone to AML sooner! On my very first visit, Jason, the service manager, informed me that a recently replaced part by the dealership was faulty. He gave me all the necessary information to get the dealership to fix the issue for free since it was under warranty. AML saved me $2,000 right away! I can't imagine driving with the faulty part until it failed and then having the dealership rip me off even more. AML has definitely won me over as a loyal customer! I've been with them for almost three years, and all subsequent services have been perfect. Amazing customer service (shout out to Jason, Yvette, Kristin and Rica and all the service technicians)! The services were spot on, and the fees were very reasonable. Thank you so much for saving my sanity and car!

They charged me $73 for a simple flat tire on a simple car. I could buy a new tire for my 2010 Civic, ain't?
