Great pediatric center and excellent service! Staff were very polite and helpful. We were accommodated same day with an appointment for our daughter that has been coughing for long time. Dr Basil Nasrallah was fantastic, listened to our concerns and took his time to examine her thoroughly. Very happy, couldn’t recommend this place enough!!!!!

For the dialysis department at American Hospital Dubai, the facilities are top-notch. The department is impeccably clean, well-organized, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The layout is designed to ensure patient comfort and privacy, The staff at the dialysis department deserve special recognition. From the moment my Mom arrived, They was greeted her with warmth and compassion.The atmosphere in the department is calm and reassuring, which is crucial for patients undergoing dialysis. The team works seamlessly together, ensuring that treatments. Thanks to the Hospital & Doctors there❤️❤️❤️

The Doctor Assad Qureshi is an Amazing doctor and true definition of his Nobel profession. It’s so good that every time we feel a very caring, supportive and humble response for the treatment. Needless to mention is the Nursing care and the way they treat their guests/patients. Overall the hospital itself, from an administrative point of view is very well managed and supportive facility.

I am extremely disappointed with the Oncology department's handling of my case. During my follow-up appointment, the doctor recommended another blood test for the 19th. The nurse informed me that it might take some time for the approval, as several tests were involved. She assured me that I would receive a text or message once everything was processed. However, after two days passed without any communication, I decided to follow up. When I called the hospital in the morning, to check the approval as I need to submit a sample that day also. I waited in one of their clinic but no approval still. I then contacted my insurance company to check on the approval status, only to be told that the request had only been submitted that day and additional information was still required. By the third day, there was still no response from the hospital. I called multiple times, leaving messages requesting a callback, but never received an update. This lack of communication and responsiveness is incredibly frustrating, especially considering that the hospital claims to be one of the best. The customer service has been unhelpful, and this delay is particularly troubling given the nature of my health issue. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the level of service I've received.

I would like to give compliments to Ms Wendy Menghin for Antenatal classes which I took part together with my husband today at AHD. Since it’s our first baby, we got so many useful information about the whole journey. Sessions are during weekends and divided into Labour and birth, and next week it was about Breastfeeding and Newborn care. The most amazing thing about classes is knowledge, dedication, experience and passion of Ms Wendy and Ms Cristina as well. They are promoting positive birth experience, explaining into details everything that is happening during this time. It is fantastic opportunity for new parents to learn from them. It is free for everyone, even if you are not delivering at AH. One very important part of the session is about first aid for babies. People who have kids already came with their nannies, which is amazing, because they can get them to learn as well. We need more people like Ms Wendy and a lot of classes like this so people can learn from experts and make their birth experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you a million Wendy for your effort and time!
