I visited the Blood Collection unit a few days ago, and was pleasantly surprised because the ambiance has changed. Previously, staff were grumpy, not treating patients well. But now it's the opposite. They are extremely courteous and helpful. Jarell Castillo at reception is very thorough in making sure laboratory requests are in order. The nurse - Mona also ensures that she does her task properly. Kudos to these two, waking up & traveling early while fasting is lighten up with their warmth & smiles.

Great pediatric center and excellent service! Staff were very polite and helpful. We were accommodated same day with an appointment for our daughter that has been coughing for long time. Dr Basil Nasrallah was fantastic, listened to our concerns and took his time to examine her thoroughly. Very happy, couldn’t recommend this place enough!!!!!

For the dialysis department at American Hospital Dubai, the facilities are top-notch. The department is impeccably clean, well-organized, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The layout is designed to ensure patient comfort and privacy, The staff at the dialysis department deserve special recognition. From the moment my Mom arrived, They was greeted her with warmth and compassion.The atmosphere in the department is calm and reassuring, which is crucial for patients undergoing dialysis.
