UPDATE: Their response says it all: "...your concerns have been addressed." Steer clear of any veterinarian who bothers to pay for accreditation from these shysters. It is a rubber stamp that means nothing and they will protect their paying clients from being exposed for negligence, malpractice, and incompetence. This woman told me the doctor did not violate any of the AAHA's rules. Yet, the email to the quack says that so long as he updated his policies, AAHA would conceal what he did wrong. Unbelievable. This organization functions like the BBB- so long as its members pay their dues, they get the accreditation irrespective of quality of service. AAHA deliberately chose to not make public that a veterinarian used Co-Flex off-label as an animal medical device even though it has a history of constricting blood flow in humans and tightens when a limb is used. This vet wrapped my service dog's leg, resulting in a gangrene infection and amputation. AAHA took my complaint and agreed to hide this information since the doctor agreed to modify his policies. He gave no follow-up information. And they concealed both those breaches of the standards of care. Don't trust this accreditation. It means nothing!

Clients be aware of the unprofessional behavior of management ( Mary Confer ). I received a letter that they will no longer be able to provide further care...

omg you can never get through! always answers and says can l put you on a BRIEF hold and finally after waiting for over 15 minutes you just hang up!
