My husband and I went in today. We had a few things we needed done. Our teller was amazing! Everything we needed she did above and beyond! Very friendly, professional and thorough. I asked her name because I wanted someone to know that they have a awesome employee! Asia!

Waiting for over 15 minutes to have a teller help customers is unacceptable. Especially when there are tellers at the drive- up window with no cars in line. Three branch employees chatting at they're desk instead of worrying about customer service. This is not the best branch.

While the line keeps growing you have 4 employees tucked away in the branch manager office made of glass walls. This location was not very attentive and had only 2 employees actually helping. The customer/member should be your number one priority. The person who helped me was nice, at least.

This is the 2nd time I have put a check in the night deposit box and it wasn't allocated to my checking account. The first time they put it to my vehicle loan. This time it just isn't there. If they aren't offering this service anymore, they need to let their members know.

I love this branch. They are always smiling and greet me by name whenever I walk in.
