I've been working at [india gold] for recently iam joined from few months ago and have had a fantastic experience. The company culture is supportive and collaborative, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth and development. One of the things I appreciate most is the company's commitment to aspect of company's mission or values. One area for improvement could be suggest an area for improvement. Overall, I would highly recommend INDIA GOLD to anyone looking for a positive and challenging work environment.

cannot give zero so posted 1 star. this platform is very bad and lacks authenticity. any one whether employee or not employee can post for the company. Ambition box doesn't have proper moderation process, no checks for authenticity. For example a person posting a bad review does not have to submit any proofs to show that he is writing the right review or he is actually the employee or ex employee of the company People can use bad words in the post also. The point is this is linked with naukri.com and can be extremely misleading to candidates who apply through this platform. Organizations lose good candidates and candidates lose good opportunities cause of such fake reviews. I urge infoedge to take serious note of these problems and intervene. Ultimately this is extremely hurting to the company's image and reputation. Every company will have strong and weak points. ultimately it depends on each employee how they take it. I urge not to rely on the feedbacks or reviews posted on Ambition box.

Ambition box doesn’t have any proper checks/ verification in place, so anyone can post a review, whether it is genuine or fake . Ambition Box isn’t a trustworthy resource for making important career decisions. Depending on these unfiltered and often biased reviews could mislead you. I would strongly recommend not relying on Ambition Box when you’re considering your next career move. They also have a paid service to remove negative reviews. So if someone paying them , they will remove negative review, no matter even if it is genuine, So authenticity of any review posted on Ambition Box is questionable.
