Every time I place an order online, it comes from out of this warehouse and not California. They always take a few days to ship it, even with next day air. The stuff I order is just thrown in a box, with absolutely no care whatsoever of the items. I only receive my orders half the time because they can’t seem to affix the label right. This warehouse has been awful ever since it began. Do yourself a favor, shop somewhere else, it’ll be better in the long run.

Customer service after the sale is decent, however the shipping from this company is always way off, even when you pay for “rush processing”. Has happened on numerous occasions

Been using amain consistently since I got back into RC racing 7 months ago, never had an issue, ships same day if ordered before 1pm or so, competitive prices, great inventory

Probably worse buying experience I’ve had buying any rc. Ordered a new high trial k10 and was sent a returned product. No paperwork no tools or anything in the box missing half the packing inside to protect item. Then go to use it and the esc is bad and the radio receiver is also bad. So with no paperwork I can’t register it to warranty any of these parts out and have to spend over a 100$+ to replace the bad parts before I can even use it. Definitely will buy from my local shop again wasn’t worth the 35$ savings considering I have to spend more then that to fix it. Never again will I buy from amain hobbies

If the employees or owners are going to have their dogs roaming around the store, maybe train them so they don't jump on the customers. Not everyone likes...

Went in and not 1 employee greeted me or asked me if I needed help or anything. Crazy that to walk in there and you're going to spend HUNDREDS of dollars...
