AlmaBetter’s employees are not responding to emails, and the counselor who fooled me into buying this course is also ignoring my messages. On top of that, their so-called tie-up partner, Varthana Finance, is completely unreachable. Neither their customer care picks up calls, nor do they give any proper response. I couldn’t even study properly because these people don’t even know how to run an educational platform. At the very least, I wanted everything to be cleared after my last EMI payment, but now, neither AlmaBetter nor Varthana is replying. Even their customer care is useless. They have completely messed up my CIBIL score. Despite making all my payments on time, my credit score has dropped to "average" because of their stupidity. I had to delete my old review and write this again because maybe, just maybe, if they have any shame left, they will do something about it. These people neither know how to manage a proper course nor how to provide proper service, and now they’ve ruined my financial record too. At least clear my records with Varthana Finance. That’s the bare minimum you can do. If you still want more money, take it—just fix my financial records! PS - Never go with AlmaBetter unless you want to waste your money, time, and peace of mind. They make big promises, but when it comes to actual support, they disappear. Their placement guarantee is misleading, their team doesn’t respond when needed, and their entire system lacks proper coordination. Forget about placement, these people don’t even know how to teach properly! If you run into any issues, don’t expect them to care—because once they have your money, you’re on your own.
