I recently ordered a Bear Claw pendant for my Son, for his birthday. When ordering, I mentioned that he was experiencing some difficulty and challenges in his life. I received a phone message from a woman (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name), wanting to know if I wanted to add a note to my Son as part ofthe package.Thank you for showing this care and concern., for taking that extra step. Unfortunately I did not hear the message until after the package was delivered, but my Son loves the pendant and displays it where he can be reminded of its meaning always. Thank you again.

Not a fan. Their gimmick is to give you a "wholesale" price and an inflated "retail" price (for items that are mass produced). You're supposed to think, "Oh, what a great deal I just got." No, thank you. I don't care to be hustled.

BUYER BEWARE: I really wanted to like what I got and be a long time loyal customer but the quality is very very terrible and the customer service even worse. I spent a total of $288 (Belt Buckle: $222, no sterling silver hallmark and just says handmade on the back) (Belt: $66) not including shipping on a belt and a belt buckle. Both of which looked nice on the site but I urge people to be weary of the products sold at Alltribes. The hook of my belt buckle broke after literally only about 5 times of use and I only had it for about 2 weeks. I had to send the belt back twice and had to ask them (was not offered) to provide me a shipping label because I was tired of paying shipping. The customer sales rep was always rude and literally huffing and puffing on the phone while I'm trying to state my case. The belt was dry (very dry) the first time I received it and was cracking everywhere and I'm not sure they cared to read the size I put for the belt when I ordered because I got a belt an entire ten inches bigger than what I put down. The second time I explained exactly what size I needed and they gave me another dry cracking belt with only one belt hole and when I called the woman I spoke to said "we thought you can make the rest of the holes if you need to". I thought that was ridiculous. They are going to try and repair the belt buckle but we'll see about that because I do not think it will last at all and I tried explaining this and they would not even consider giving me my money back. Oh and I got store credit for the belt! Didn't stand behind that product either. If you want something of quality and unique go to Etsy and buy from a small shop. It might take a bit longer to get but the care and quality is there and it is way better than going through this hassle. And just to be clear I DO NOT LIKE WRITING ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I really do not like it one bit and I wanted this to be a simple transaction but I think that people should really read and have experience before buying from this company.

This heavy copper and silver cuff was exactly as described and arrived quickly. Very pleased. Craftsmanship is exceptional.
