Great palce to work. Employees are treated well and can rely on company during the recession time. It is software based company, not resource based, so they dont treat you like money making machine. Rather as business associate. It has open working culture. Anyone can reach out to management and HR and they are listened carefully. Transport and Housing assistance program are few of the best services they provide to employees. Most of the employees are Doctors as well along with techies and voice process people. So a natural balance is maintained with work environment.

I am not sure about their work culture. However my first experience is very unprofessional. After taking two rounds of interview, they told me looking for some other profile. And interesting point is after leaving for my home, HR called to have a manager discussion. Very strange.

I've been working with Allscripts for more than a year. This is one of the best company I've ever worked with. People stick here forever. Pros - Product based Healthcare IT, Friendly environment, good management, everyone respects each other, good employee benefits, good transport facility. Cons - Old technology, less salary, sad cafeteria and vendor within the company (however EON IT Park itself has good cafeteria, but it operates only during day time)
