Allen Edmonds

I recently visited the Allen Edmonds shoe store, and I was really impressed! First off, the salesperson was awesome. They explained everything about the brand in a very clear way, helped me find the right model and size, and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. You can tell they know their stuff and really want to help. Secondly, the quality of the shoes is top-notch. The shoes look stylish and elegant, and the materials and craftsmanship are really impressive. It feels like these shoes will last a long time. There’s also a great variety of models to choose from. The store itself is nice and cozy, and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. Overall, my visit to the Allen Edmonds store was fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone who values quality and good service!

Really liked going into the store. I was being helped by Todd, the store manager, who is a very genuine person and always provides great service. He’s been my go to guy since 2016 with Allen Edmonds. The shoes here are great quality and with recrafting, they last forever. I will say - not every store has good service. Their 55th and Madison Avenue store especially has terrible service, so much so that I called their customer service phone number to complain. But Todd is absolutely excellent so I would recommend stopping by this location and working with him.

I came into the store around 10 min before listed closure. Staff was condesending and told me it would take 20min to find a shoe that fit. Yes I was wearing a pair when I walked in and yes I was pointing at the model I was asking for. Dont recomend this location.

Best dress shoes I've ever tried, the most stylish and comfortable that I've ever worn. I just did a 4-hr photoshoot in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and surprisingly my feet didn't hurt at all. The reviews that I've read before which lead me to AE are true. I would also like to commend Corey for being hands-on on giving me advice on how to take good care of my new pair of AE.
