Very helpful and kind staff. Exam room was clean, professional the proctors were great. Easy to navigate and the exam results came within a day. Great job staff!

All the girls are amazing! Proctors, admin, reception.....a well oiled ship that runs on efficiency and good time management. They really go out of their way to accomodate. Website is easily accessible and user friendly, one stop shop. Thank you!

I do not know why this review was flagged as it is completely truthful and a firsthand experience. I called in to ask some questions about licensing requirements and an incredibly unprofessional woman (her name could have been Lori but I couldn't tell because it sounded like she was chewing when she answered) was the most incompetent human I ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She was clearly too busy to answer some basic questions that I could not find on their website -and from what I could tell she was clearly working from home eating- and trying to get me off the phone as soon as she could. When I asked more questions she kept giving me vague answers and referring me to their useless and poorly complied website that really did not have the information I was looking for hence calling the "customer service" number. As someone who is new to this industry it is disheartening to not have someone on the other end offer more advice than "go look on our website" or "I'm not sure call the Insurance Institute" or "I already answered that" well, if you already answered that, and I had to ask you again because you clearly didn't explain it in a manner that I could understand, then you failed to answer that question. Unbelievable people like this have jobs in customer service! I don't know how people whose job is to answer insurance related questions for the AIC, saying call other insurance bodies and ask them because you have no idea is no excuse to be rude and dismissive on the phone to a newbie who has no guidance looking to further their career. Call anyone but these people, in fact, talk to a toddler they might provide more information and be respectful and actually try to help. I received more information from the IIC who is not the governing body overseeing licensing requirements and designations and the lady on the other end took her time and actually told me where I needed to find it on their website, unlike this donkey at the AIC who couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. Clown show. 1 out of 5 stars is too generous. Its no surprise that both insurance companies and brokers have nothing good to say about the AIC.
