We switched from another EHR vendor to AMD about a year ago and we have been very satisfied with the product ever since. Vince Alavi presented the software to us initially, and has been an amazing resource ever since our implementation. The cloud based software is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our practice, and increasing the ability to communicate efficiently with our patients. My minimal calls to support have been handled promptly, and there is always a follow-up email to ensure that things have been resolved.

We love advanced MD because of its efficiency, it's ability to be a One-Stop shop for most everything that we need for an electronic health record system and that it does all the work in contacting our patients, logging their responses, and following up on appointments after it's programmed.
