Acibadem hospital network has helped my family a lot. We visited the Altunizade hospital in January 2025. My medical services were very good. Lena was our English/Russian/Turkish interpreter. She diligently helped us through some insurance problems that lasted 2 weeks after we left. I really commend her for her perseverance and hard work.

The doctors we visited here are nice, but calling yourselves an “international hospital in Istanbul” when your staff cannot and will not speak English for foreign patients is unacceptable 👎🏻👎🏻 We were willing to spend more money for convenience in communication, but your staff did not provide that.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hospital food! It wasn’t your typical bland meals—there were healthy, tasty options that made my stay more enjoyable.

I recently visited Acıbadem Altunizade for my father's treatment. The management system is very organized. Appointments were easy to schedule, and the staff communicated clearly. It made a stressful time much smoother.
