I was pleasantly surprised by the hospital food! It wasn’t your typical bland meals—there were healthy, tasty options that made my stay more enjoyable.

I'll start with the positives: my experience at the actual doctor's appointment was absolutely fine. Reasonable tests, reasonable prescriptions, doctor who spoke English with me (which I am very grateful for) and treatment that seems to be working. No complains to medical side so far. Process administration here hardly deserves 1 star. - Of course my appointment did not start on time. - I had to call the hotline and chase them down to have my blood test results sent to me, even though I have specifically requested that to be done while registering at the lab. I've received my tests with a massive delay, long after they were ready. - They didn't submit my documents to the insurance company to get an approval for a prescribed procedure. At the reception they have told me they'd handle the insurance approval themselves, but nothing has happened up until I called them the day before the procedure. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them and in the end the hospital staff blamed ME for submitting some papers too late and we had to reschedule. What the ** they were doing for 3 days after my first visit and they day I had to call them remains the mystery to me. - Reception staff at the lab area is extremely rude and unprofessional. You get that attitude from the place that charges you 3X the market value. Not gonna make the mistake of going there again.

A medical powerhouse with a magnificent medical director (chief physician 👨🏼‍⚕️ & pulmonologist) who is Prof. Dr. Çağlar Çuhadaroğlu and his experienced team on all disciplines. We had a surgery and also took help for quitting smoking. All runs out perfectly. Also I would like to thank administration officer who is Mehmet IŞIK for his full support at satisfying details.

im a neurosurgeon visting the hospital. im surprized with the capcity of the hospital its the state of the art infrastructure and labratory,imaging,operating theater,and onclolgy service like linac,MRlinak,cyberknif even they have 3T MRI mounted in the OR. from my side i can say that its state of the art care given in any developed nation.with adordable price.
