They have not paid my 5 lakh INR since 2 years. Ditto is complete fraud.

I worked with Accubits from June 2021 to December 2021, and my overall experience has been extremely disappointing. The major issue I faced was regarding the Provident Fund (PF) deductions from my salary and the non-receipt of Form 16. During my employment, the company deducted Provident Fund (PF) amounts from my salary. However, upon resigning and checking my PF account, I discovered that these deductions were not reflected. Upon reaching out to the company, they did return the deducted amount but failed to provide the essential Form 16 document. Despite continuous follow-ups and even reaching out to the CTO through an open letter, I have not received any tangible progress. The company claimed to have refiled the request for my Form 16(1 year before) with the income tax department, citing delays in obtaining updates. This has resulted in significant personal and professional setbacks. I lost two job opportunities with reputable MNCs due to the absence of Form 16. Despite contacting the company multiple times during that period, they assured me they were working on it, but no resolution was reached till now. My attempts to escalate the matter to the CEO six months ago yielded promises of swift action, yet I am still waiting for the required documents. It is disheartening that nobody from the company is providing updates or responding to my messages. In summary, my experience with Accubits has been disheartening, and I would caution anyone considering joining this company. The lack of transparency, unfulfilled commitments, and the overall apathy towards employee concerns make it a place where you risk losing not only your time but also your happiness.

I have never seen such a useless company till date. It came to my college and hired students through on-campus placements. Because of this, we did not join another company. They did not even keep the employees for one year, they played with the fresher's career, and did not even give the PF money. We pray to God that in the future, such incidents do not happen often because it is wrong with the employees. I pray to God that the company incurs significant losses in the future because they have done very wrong.

I wish I could give minus rating... This company is in a bad condition. I left this company because they were not giving time to time salary since June 2023. There was always a delay in salary. And This is so bad that they have not added my PF amount since I joined the company back in August 2022. I left the company on August 2023. It's been a year since I have not received my PF amount. And it's been 4 months since I left the company I have not received my FnF. They were late for Form16 as well and they said they will give INR 5000 for late tax penalty. That is also not given. I've never seen such unprofessional company. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

The company is going through a tough time with numerous lay offs and head count reduction. In this time of challenging macro economical condition, lay offs are the only way forward for companies and should be fairly taken by all. However, Accubits has failed to cater to some of the basic employee benefits that includes, PF deposition, timely salaries, timely distribution of Form-16, mediclain and many more.
