Before considering it think about all other alternatives, from my indirect experience the workplace environment it's just about "do you feel lucky, punk?". Top management disconnected from people, if you are lucky enough to be a junior&work though the red tape you will gain some experience to move on, but it's better to join a small firm in order to learn more. At this point: income and personnel reduced in 2021, thread carefully.

I am a java developer for 5 years, never actually worked for Accesa, probably never will. Just want to share my thoughts about their internship process., for which one of my friends (junior level) applied. So, in order to get in their internship program, they asked the applicants to develop a complex task in 9 days. (task it's not for internship level applicants and definetely not for 9 days due time).

I've worked here for 6 years. Made a lot of connections, learnt a lot, taught a lot, progressed in my career and brought value to customers! Great team, networking, opportunity and stable workplace! Doesn't get better than that!

I'm an Accesa employee and I love it here! Best experience I had compared with any of my previous workplaces.
