I do not recommend them. I have a jot delivered order for 3 weeks, from support nobody answers emails(they just postpone them). I also had paid orders cancelled(1 august) Thank you about you for your unreliability in Romania.

Worst expirience ever! They announce big discount you order after aproval of order they sent and cancel the day before delivery with hundred mails with stupid excuses. They sent discount code that they can put in their … and stop work with customers anymore. I think germans are perfectionists for them i’m sure they are not even close to worst customer service!

I was quite the happy camper the first few months I signed up with them. There was a 10% discount on all items I ordered from there. Lately, packages are sent late and although they apologize for this long after the fact, meaning after I received the order late, it has no value. At least, they could offer a promotional code on the next purchase as a gesture of goodwill. Returns are the same - it takes now forever to process them although tracking showed they have been received. The worst part? They cancel accounts saying they have a right to do so because it is not profitable? Why? Because returns were made. Your policy states returns could be made in 100 days even. Items were returned as soon as they were fitted. They were sent back because they did not fit or were defective. That is a customer’s right. Also, before, there was no minimum order for free shipping. Now it’s at least 29. Hmmm, this business model IMO will not last long - long deliveries and returns, poor customer service, and atrocious unjustified treatment of accounts they perceive as unprofitable.

Order a bag. And ask the delivery guy to rang somebody and leave it inside the house hence we live in an apartment. Delivery guy from Hermes marked that as delivered. But he didn’t. Asked around the neighbors and they confirmed no one rang the bell. Hermes dude. Definitely stole it. I have contacted about you on that day 15.05 because I’m flying the next day to Bangkok. They said they will investigate and replied on 24.05. check my photo. Pathetic. It only cost 37 euro something. I don’t mind about that money I do mind about how they treat customers. It’s more like scamming. Anyway I do not. Recommend aboutyou. They are most pathetic low life scammers.

I do not get my refund back since 1 month, however already confirmed more than a month they got my item.......
