In the last month we have purchased a refrigerator, stove, and overhead vent from this location. Salesman Matt made our experience quick and easy. Got a decent deal on a refrigerator and that’s where the goodness stops. The salesman was so pushy we almost walked out after he literally brushed her so hard walking past to show a different appliance we weren’t even close to looking at. We then have delivery scheduled for a day later with an email stating between 11am and 3pm. I called the store at 3 and they have no clue when the guts will show up and zero communication. I’ve waited an entire Saturday!

Joe was awesome. Very helpful and patient, as my mom's mind had changed like the wind. We bought a pretty big package deal, and saved alot by doing so. He was constantly on the go for us, as well as a great listener. Thank you joe!!!
