I had the worst experience at this hotel, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. Funny part was that, it was their Luxury Room. 1. No hot water: Basic facilities like hot water were unavailable despite multiple requests. It’s shocking how such a basic amenity was ignored. 2. Rats in the room: The presence of rats in the room was disgusting and highly unhygienic. This alone is reason enough to never visit this hotel again. 3. Rude behavior at check-out: While checking out, we accidentally forgot to return the room key. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the staff called us and screamed rudely, demanding that we send the key back "kaise bhi." We immediately couriered the key, but they kept a delivery boy waiting and blamed us for it. Even after receiving the keys, they argued further and told us to deal with the delivery boy ourselves over a matter of ₹200! This level of unprofessionalism is beyond unacceptable. We completed all our formalities, paid for everything before leaving, and did our part as responsible guests, but the management’s negligence and rude behavior completely ruined our experience. If you care about hygiene, professionalism, and basic respect, do not stay at this hotel!

We booked this resort for a wedding, but in the end, we were shockingly mistreated and even assaulted with rods. The reason? Their security team noticed we had cash and gold, and it was clearly a pre-planned robbery. Initially, they treat you well during the booking process, but once they’ve received full payment, their attitude changes completely. The service is terrible, the management is atrocious, and they are nothing but cheaters and liars. Avoid booking here at all costs.

I had a wonderful experience at Aapno Ghar, not only because of the amazing food but also because of the exceptional service provided by the staff. I was truly impressed with how courteous, attentive, and professional they were. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Their friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really enhanced our dining experience. It's rare to come across such attentive and considerate service, and Aapno Ghar definitely excels in this area. Highly recommend it!

The environment was good. The area was clean and washroom as well as changing room were well maintained. The food was absolutely great. Love it. The fees according to the services and enjoyment is very reasonable. Further the water rides are limited but it a plus point too as we can enjoy both water park as well as amusement park. Apart from rides there are few activities which add more fun.

This resort is not safe for women. The security team and staff are unprofessional and unreliable. Food quality is also poor. Don’t waste your money on this poorly managed place. Choose a safer and more reliable option.
