Customer service is outstanding, and the food and atmosphere could just as well be somewhere in Texas, rather than inside the Winter Park location. Though I've lived in Florida throughout the past 40 years, I felt transferred back home temporarily, because it's not easy finding good brisket in Florida. I preferred the sliced that my hubby ordered to the stringier version of chopped in my sandwich. Nevertheless, my barbecue sauced brisket, melted cheese, and fried onion ring inside the bun provided a welcome uniqueness. We both enjoyed the barbecue beans, and he added the cheesy grits to complete his meal of carefully trimmed, smokey sliced brisket. Since we favor fudgey dark chocolate, we were not enamored with the brownie bar dessert.

4 Rivers Smokehouse is a fantastic spot with incredible meats that are perfectly smoked and full of flavor. It's the ideal place to satisfy your BBQ cravings and enjoy a great atmosphere.

Service was 5 stars--friendly, helpful, delightful staff! Food, however was only mediocre. We got a brisket sandwich which was not very good. The brisket slices had a hard, dried-out rim and the left-over scraps of beef in the sandwich were like crunchy jerky. Very disappointing. We also got the grilled chicken, which was much better--moist and flavorful. The fries and green beans were, at least, tasty. Good prices, but overall, a mediocre experience. Pity, we've been looking for a good BBQ restaurant and really hoped we'd found it. But a smokehouse that can't serve a decent brisket won't get a return visit.

The food is consistent and high quality. I order the street tacos"lean" . The brisket is tender and plentiful. The ingredients in the tacos are super fresh and there are 3...I can barely finish all of them. The service is always friendly and genuine. Most restaurants, the service acts as if they are doing time. These employees seem to enjoy their job and their interaction with you. Highly recommend.

It’s disappointing to have to remind a business that the a 2x 2 is double meat I love the food at 4 Rivers but the portions are getting worse and worse . My last 4 take out orders were for the 2 x 2 which I love when I’m sitting in the restaurant but the take out is barely close to the same . This last visit they claimed it was the size of the container that had changed but I know it isn’t the container has been the same since my first take out order If order 18 dollars worth of food I expect to get that amount. As I stated the food is beyond great but you really need to evaluate your portions and do gosh sake fill the dang fry bag🤪 I know I didn’t order a half bag of fries

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER. i ORDERED POPPERS, I GOT COLE SLAW INSTEAD- I ORDERED A TEXAS SAUSAGE AND GOT A COLD SANDWICH.Johnny, get it together.

Awesome bbq, so good that I had dinner here Monday and Tuesday night. Loved the collard greens as well. Everything was truly delicious.

Loved it! Great food, very reasonable priced! We loved the "fast food" take on BBQ as we hate having to be waited on at a table that takes forever and as a result having to pay a tip when we could just order and get the food ourselves.

Visited 4 rivers for the first time today and enjoyed delicious brisket, pulled chicken, cole slaw and mac and cheese! Many menu options, reasonably priced, and decent sized portions! We will definitely visit again when we are in the Orlando area.
