First, we loved our bartender, Tanner. Personality was stellar and we had a lot of fun. Ordered an Old Fashion drink and it was delicious. We also had the Warm Manchego and Oaxaca Cheese Dip expecting it to be tasty. It was not. You couldn't even tell that it was supposed to have a Chorizo taste and it was pretty much tasteless all the way around. Even some salt would have helped. The other negative thing is the type of cheese, it almost instantly gets solid so you are left with just a lump of tasteless cheese in your mouth. Definitely would not order this again. Maybe will try the chips and just guac next time. Love the restaurant location and all. A great asset to Coronado Springs Resort; our favorite place to stay at Disney. Update from November....stayed at Coronado again and had a really bad Old Fashion drink. We understand that the bartender has his own way of making them and he puts Club Soda in them. I knew it was bad but that really makes me sad that someone could ruin something so easy to make delicious. We visited a time after this and Tanner was back. We would have gone to Rix if we didn't see Tanner working. Had the best Old Fashion and loved the crispy chicken. I'm going to change the stars do to this food and Tanner. We will be back (when he's working).

We had an enjoyable experience at Three Bridges Bar & Grill. First, they were able to quickly accommodate our party of 13, and the staff were very personable. This is patio dining with a water view. The food was standard, although I feel like I should have ordered the guacamole - people who had it raved about it. Overall, it was a really enjoyable dining experience!

This place is amazing. Great views, nice breeze flowing through, top notch service. Our server Gray was one of the best servers I've had in a long time. He earned his tip times 10. The food was top notch too. We got cocktails, appetizers and dessert because we were not super hungry. Everything was just so well executed and while expensive, it was worth the cost. I can't wait to go back and get a full meal.

Located in the perimeter of the hotel Coronado Springs, in the middle of a lagoon, this place offers a nice atmosphere and views, excellent service, tasty food in good portions with reasonable prices and casual ambiance.

First security said we could not come in without a RESERVATION - They do not take reservations! 7/29/2024 - the place was empty - The host lady waited and waited to speak and then made us wait for another host lady. Service was poor at best. The server said three times she would refill water and each time forgot. The food is OK, but the overall experience is poor.
