Job Overview:Rannkly is seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience and aesthetic appeal of our SaaS products. You will play a pivotal role in the user experience design process from concept to execution, creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the crafting of exceptional UI/UX designs that are intuitive and customer-focused for a variety of digital touchpoints.

● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

● Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights and assess the impact of UI/UX design choices.

● Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

● Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

● Oversee and provide direction to junior designers, ensuring high-quality design outputs.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.

● Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

● Proficiency in Photoshop, figma, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wireframing tools.

● Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.

● Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

● Solid experience in creating responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.

● Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

● Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
