**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a highly motivated Project and Product Manager with 5-6 years of experience in managing SaaS products and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will excel in team management, task allocation, and monitoring, with proven expertise as a Scrum Master to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. You will play a crucial role in steering both project execution and product development, including roadmap planning and client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1.**Project Management:**
   - Lead and manage multiple SaaS projects from inception through delivery.
   - Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
   - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.

2.**Product Management:**
   - Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and requirements.
   - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development.
   - Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to align with business objectives.
   - Develop and maintain the product roadmap, planning new features and enhancements based on market needs and customer feedback.

3.**Client Engagement:**
   - Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and gather detailed specifications.
   - Translate client needs into actionable tasks and features for the development team.
   - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.

4.**Team Management:**
   - Oversee a cross-functional team, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
   - Allocate tasks, set clear objectives, and ensure team members are aligned with project goals.
   - Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

5.**Scrum Master Duties:**
   - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
   - Coach the team on Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum processes.
   - Remove impediments and support continuous improvement within the team.

6.**Technical Knowledge:**
   - Leverage technical expertise to understand and address complex issues in the SaaS environment.
   - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and integration.

7.**Reporting and Communication:**
   - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and key metrics.
   - Prepare detailed reports and documentation as required.

**Qualifications:**
 

• **Experience:** 5-6 years of experience in project and product management, with a focus on SaaS products.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus.
• **Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, and software development lifecycle.
• **Scrum Master:** Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a track record of successfully managing Agile projects.
• **Team Management:** Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• **Client Interaction:** Experience in working directly with clients to understand their technical needs and translating those into actionable product features.
• **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
