Position: Lead Generation Manager

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

The Lead Generation Team Lead at Rannkly will manage, train, and drive the lead generation team to achieve high performance. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and expertise with lead generation tools like Lusha to build a pipeline of quality leads and refine processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and motivate the team, set KPIs, and ensure consistent productivity.
  • Develop strategies for high-quality lead acquisition, aligned with market trends and campaigns
  • Track key metrics, generate reports, and optimize based on insights.
  • Coordinate with sales for smooth lead handoffs and work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Improve lead processes continuously and leverage tools like Lusha and other CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing
  • 5+ years in lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools (e.g., Lusha) and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
  • SaaS Based Experience only.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing and familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
